We offer several delivery or collection options at the Shopping Basket stage of this website.
1: Collect From Store Click & Collect (All our products are available for collection)
Using the Click & Collect option there is obviously no delivery charge, we will endeavour to have your order ready for collection on the day you specify subject to our usual opening hours.
Please only expect In Stock items to be Immediately available for collection. Our website will show you our current stock levels of each product.
Orders must be received at least 24hours prior to the anticipated collection time to ensure the goods are ready for dispatch.
We would like to encourage the Click & Collect service; especially for collection on Saturdays,
Our Click & Collect service will provide the customer with a fast drive-in style service; your pre ordered and paid for goods will be palletized by us and taken to your vehicle upon arrival at our store.
please specify your collection day/date at the Check-Out stage of the website when placing your order.
Our UK Mainland Delivery is a nationwide service charged at £5.99 per order.
Orders to UK Mainland over £39.00 in total will be Free delivery.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses.
We don't deliver to non UK Mainland postcodes.
Your order will usually be sent via 2 – 3 day delivery service. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order
Some products which are awkward in shape and size or are over weight items will incur a delivery surcharge regardless of being over or under the Free delivery threshold.
We Don't deliver outside of the UK
Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition (I.e. labels intact).

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new resalable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt.
We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.
It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate. You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original unsoiled condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
